This TurboWarp extension describes Jotai atom registry, action envelope, and state snapshot JSON. It is a bridge contract, not a bundled Jotai runtime.
Load dist/turbowarp-jotai-adapter.js as the TurboWarp custom extension. The existing jotai-bridge library entry remains separate.
